The Powassan & Area Family Health Team is proud to serve the patients in our catchment area. We are an interdisciplinary team of health care providers including a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Registered Practical Nurse, and a Social Worker, in addition to our five family physicians. All of our providers work together to offer a truly collaborative, team approach to primary care.
